GENERAL :
All of our products are made from solid 925 sterling silver. We accommodate over 36 experienced Balinese silver smiths in order to enable us to supply our customers with high quality Sterling Silver. Although we produce based on company designs, we would be more than pleased to produce counter samples based on the personal designs of your party as exemplary of our flexibility, range and extraordinary craftsmanship.
ORDERING :
In less than 48 hours, via email, Orders will be confirmed with an estimation of weight, the approximate amount due, and the delivery time.
MINIMUM PURCHASE / ORDER :
We expect your purchase per one single shipment to be over US$ 100.00. Order below this amount will be neglected. A minimum order of 10 pieces for every single design is required. For beads and chains, your order must reach over 200 grams per design / style.
SAMPLE AND STOCK ORDER :
We will supply samples only for our frequent customers. If customers are intending to order below the minimum requirement, customers can purchase from our ready stock with a minimum purchase at US$ 100.00.

All prices listed in our catalog are good wholesale prices.

Made to Order :
Our minimum order is 10 pieces/pairs per model for items priced by piece, and 200 grams per model for items priced by gram, for each individual order.
Order on Stock Items :
Customers can purchase from our ready stock items with a minimum total purchase of US$100 .- in value (not including shipping charge). No minimum quantity is required for purchasing over ready stock items.

Please type your order clearly with the item numbers, quantities, sizes, stones, weights and other necessary details clearly enunciated.
All orders are immediately confirmed upon receipt via email.
You will, then, receive your proforma invoice which outlines net weight, gross weight, cost of silver order, time of expected delivery, and cost of freight to your door. (C&F) .
It is also necessary to supply us with your street address which can be used by courier service delivery for door to door transactions. PO Box addresses will not be accepted.
It is also essential to include your telephone number.
PAYMENTS METHOD
The preferred method of payment is an advance payment if fifty percent with the settlement amount paid upon receipt of goods. The payment should be made to:

Delivery date depends on the size of the order. However, we generally require 30 days production timeframe following the receipt of the fifty percent advance payment.
